Chur's Skiarea Brambrüesch

The alpine town of Chur has its own winter sports resort in Brambrüesch, with a ski lift and chairlift up to 2,200 metres above sea level. Thanks to the Brambrüesch cable car, the local mountain can be reached in a few minutes. Other family-friendly and cosy ski resorts are located in the immediate vicinity of the Alpine town.

The 20 km of natural snow slopes offer a surprisingly wide range of options for all abilities (blue/red/black). And the legendary red choo-choo train, which connects the mountain station with the ski lift, is not only popular with our younger guests. Even on busy weekends, there is enough space for everyone on the wide slopes.

Children's ski lift

The children's ski lift is located next to the ski lift and in the immediate vicinity of two mountain restaurants. It runs on flat terrain and is ideal for children and beginners trying skiing/snowboarding for the first time. The children's ski lift is in operation daily from 9 am to 4 pm and is free to use.

AIS sports school

The AIS sports school in Brambüesch is also a competent partner for ski and snowboard lessons. You can also rent equipment (skis, snowboards, boots, snowshoes, crossblades) directly on the mountain. The AIS sports school is located in the Brambus-Center directly below the ski lift valley station and opposite the Bergbaiz.
